Matt Shown

Born and raised in Owensboro, KY, Matt experienced a radical conversion in high school after a friend began inviting him to youth group and sharing the gospel with him. After the Lord saved him, Matt went on to receive a call to ministry through a combination of street evangelism and leading a variety of local Bible studies with his fellow students.

Matt went on to receive his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He married his wife Dana in June 2019.

They live in Cadiz and love trying new food, reading good books, going for walks, and hanging out around the house with their two crazy cats and two loveable dogs!
